Reader’s Choice – Mimi
As we don’t have a homily for 10th Sunday in Ordinary Time, Year C, we are running a homily chosen when we invited people to select a homily by Father Hanly that they felt was important and that they wanted to bring to the attention of people who might have missed it.
Mimi Fu, who was in Father Hanly’s last group of catechumens, wrote in and said:
“‘True Tolerance’ really stood out, my favorite pick for today, Father really conveyed the deep message succinctly and clearly, only he can do that, delivering in such powerful way, yet with kindness and conviction.”
So today we offer “True Tolerance,” Father’s beautiful homily for 26th Sunday in Ordinary Time, Year B, which was delivered on 27th September 2009 (please scroll down).
If you would also like to nominate a homily, write to us at fatherhanly.wordpress.com@gmail.com. The next opening will be next week, but from the week after that, we will go back to the next in the series of regular weekly homilies by Father.
All Father’s homilies released to date can be found at https://fatherhanly.com/journey-with-father/.
